2012 Award Winners
Nomination Forms for the 2012 program were due December 3, 2012. Nominations are evaluated in January each year by an independent panel of judges (three per category).

The award ceremony will be held in Milwaukee on February 28, 2013.
Invitations are mailed mid-January. Award winners are announced at the banquet and winners are not notified ahead of time.
